A unique tour detailing the historic district of Beach Haven which was the first town to be developed on LBI. The tour is interactive and moderated by one of the Museums best Historians, also known for a great sense of humor!
Guided Walking Tours of the Historic District leave the Museum every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00am (weather permitting), from the last week of June until Labor Day. The Tuesday tour visits the northern Historic District and the Friday tour visits the southern Historic District. Both tours include the restored Fisherman's Cottage. Walking tours are available at other times by advance appointment: call 609-492-3988. The tour takes about 1.5 hours. Tickets may be purchased at the door or online.
Children are welcome and there's a $2 fee for each child. Use the link below for the $2 fee. Reservations are requested for large groups.
Children ages 14 and under are welcome with an adult on our Walking Tours. There's a $2 fee for each child.
This tour leaves the Museum on Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm. The Cost is $15/per adult and $8 per child which includes admission to the Museum. It is run by a third party ghost aficonado. Reservations are made by calling:
